[edit] Cave Bat
These smaller creatures are mostly an annoyance for all but beginning pirates. They attack with their wings, sonar and bites. After some updates, these creatures have almost disappeared from the Caribbean and their cousins, the rabid bats, have taken their place. This is not a good idea since a lot of quests need a large amount of Cave Bats
Appear at Levels 1-5(Health 50-350)
They can be found:
- On Port Royal in King's Run
- On Cuba there are 3-4 bats around the jail. No explanation is present for this unusual placement.
[edit] Rabid Bat
These creatures can be an annoyance, but their bite can be more painful.
Appear at Levels 4-7 (Health 175-450)
They can be found:
- On Port Royal in Royal Caverns and Murky Hollow
- On Tortuga in Wildwoods and Thieves' Den
- About every cave in the Caribbean except on Isla Tormenta and Padres Del Fuego
[edit] Vampire Bat
These larger blood-sucking fliers are a lot more dangerous and can drain lower-level pirates dry. They attack with their wings, sonar and vicious bites.
Appears at Level 9-17 (Health 650-1,450)
They can be found:
- Port Royal in Murky Hollow and Wicked Thicket
- Rat's Nest and Thieves' Den on Tortuga
- Lava Gorge and Beckett's Quarry on Padres Del Fuego
[edit] Bat Bosses
- Bloodleech - Vampire Bat Boss spotted in Cursed Caverns.
- Frightfang - Vampire Bat Boss spotted in Thieves' Den, Murky Hollow, and Wicked Thicket.
