Big Phil is a townsperson on Tortuga, who is raising chickens right in the center of town.
Quests
The pirate will need to see Phil for the Eliminating The Competition and Clothing Fit for a Pirate quests. He can heal for 5 gold, and he is helpful if you are defending the Faithful Bride barricade during a Tortuga invasion and need some extra healing.
