Clap o'Thunder is a Level 6 magical potion so strong, it blasts away any grogginess you might have after spending a night in jail.
While a master pirate never needs to use this since they NEVER can be Groggy - for all other pirates this little drink can be just what the voodoo doctor ordered.
The potion can only be created at a Potion Table near most gypsies. It also grants the pirate 180 Reputation points for each one brewed. A pirate can carry a maximum of 5 Clap o'Thunder potions at any time.

Originally, Clap o'Thunder was a level 16 potion and granted 90 reputation for brewing in POTCO. This was changed in The Legend of Pirates Online to make them easier to make for newer pirates and be more rewarding to brew. Also, the recipe called for 2 of each essence, not 1.
