Edward Stormhawk is a stooped old man who used to loiter a stone's throw from the shipwright building on Port Royal, but since the rebuild he has moved farther inland into town. When he was younger, he used to serve as a mercenary, as proven in Smitty's Sickness. The pirate will have to visit him as part of two Fortune Quests:
