Step 1[]
If you're a high enough level, I recommend you go to the South Idol on Raven's Cove. If you have Viper's Nest it will be easier to kill the ghosts around there.
Step 2[]
Go to a good boss your level. If you are a level 50 go to any boss except Foulberto Smasho. If you're a low level make sure you have a friend higher than you.
Step 3[]
I recommend you to go to Fort Charles if you're just starting to level Dagger or Throwing Knives.
