Lieutenant Blakeley's Residence is the house of Peter Blakeley, a citizen of Port Royal and an officer in the Royal Navy. In order to free Gordon Greer from the Fort Charles stocks, you will have to help Peter, and his fiancé, June Greer - as part of the The Black Pearl Crew Story Quest.

The inside of Blakeley home represents a lot of his military service. It's fully furnished but not opulent, showing the financial status of a loyal officer of the Royal Navy.
