Sail Trousers are crude loose men's pants. They can be found in loot or bought from Adoria Dolores, Blanca Cruz, and Nathaniel Truehound from their respective tailor shops, Dolores Tailoring Shoppe and Blanca's Tailor Shop on Padres Del Fuego and Truehound's Tailor Shop on Port Royal.
