Potato Sack Skirts are crude pants clothing items exclusively for female pirates. They are made from an old burlap potato sack. Not so stylish, but functional. They can be found in a variety of muted colors from select tailors. Unique and usually much brighter colors of this skirt can only be found in loot drops.
