Pirates can play Poker and Blackjack here. During the Black Pearl Quest, pirates will need to come here often to see Giladoga and help find his missing keys.
Rum smuggler Duchamps is also a regular here along with Morris, another regular and another Adoria family member.
Ratskellar has one of if not the highest maximum bet in Blackjack (500 gold), so it is very easy to win or lose a fortune.
Musicians Willa Winds and Grace Truesilver are now playing here. They were added in The Legend of Pirates Online.
