The Sailor's Cutlass is a simple, Crude Cutlass. Often ships would have barrels or crates with such basic weapons aboard for any crewman to grab up in case of attack.
It has no special abilities and can only be found in Loot. But, it has a small Slash boost to do some extra damage, and pretty much any greenhorn pirate can swing it around.
