Flotsams are a member of Davy Jones' Crew aboard The Flying Dutchman. These dangerous creatures can be found on Isla Tormenta in the Cursed Caverns. They attack with a cutlass and can use advanced skills such as thrust and flurry.

They appear at Levels 28-35 (Health 2,550-3,050).
