Geoffrey Bridgebreaker is the Cannonmaster on Tortuga in Tortuga Graveyard. He stands at the entrance to the makeshift fort. Geoffrey appears to be a pirate himself in his regular clothes and hat. But, he will pay gold for pirates to protect Tortuga from some rogue raiders.
