Geoffrey Pain is a Royal Navy Cadet Boss. He has been spotted in Wildwoods on Tortuga, in front of the Governor's Mansion on Port Royal, and in front of the Fort Charles entrance on Port Royal. He appears at level 1-4. He is rarely spotted.
