Leveling up is simple. All you need to do is go out and find an enemy or a quest. Defeating enemies add to your reputation you need to level up to the next level of you notoriety or weapon. Complete a task for a quest or the quest give you notoriety rewards that range from 25 reputation points to 1000. These points however only go towards you're notoriety reputation, but however you can get weapon reputation from having to defeat enemies with you weapons. Either way its a win, win, so go Level Up!
