This ghost pirate made himself known when the Hollowed Woods appeared in Legend of Pirates Online on October 31st, 2017 and returns every year in October.
He can be found on Port Royal, just outside the jail entrance, sitting on a barrel; near Anne Goldsilver and Richard Silveredge .
Little is known about this apparition, since he appears to keep mostly to himself - perhaps bemusedly watching the living from his perch. He is likely another victim of the hauntings deep in the Wood.
Pumpkins[]
When the Hollowed Woods returns in 2018, Loopy was no longer merely a spectator. He wanted to speak to any pirate that would pass by.
If asked, Loopy would tell his ideas of turning all of the Fall pumpkins into bombs or grenades.
Talking to him would reveal clues how the pirate could get their own Pumpkin Grenade.
