  Tyler Crossbones was banned for 2 weeks. It does not show you with any blocks, other than a chat block that was issued because you don't have the required edits to chat. When you get the edits, you are scheduled for a chat unblock. You shouldn't be banned from the actual Wiki, thoguh.

  ( You are the second person to notice this ) Wikia sent me a popup to apply to become a Wikia Councilor. I said "Heck, I'll give it a try" and applied. I was chosen and now am a Councilor. A Councilor is basically a user who gives feedback about features and talks about upcoming features. I guess you could say it's similar to the test server. I'm not exactly allowed to talk much about it, but in short, we give feedback on new ideas for Wikia. Alot of people were chosen, I'm surprised you weren't. Hope this helps

  I'm afraid I'm not allowed to mention any new features planned, it is a strict rule for Council members not to share it publicly, as it may change and people would be misinformed easily. Sorry, I wish I could :/ All I can say is that right now, not alot of huge things are going to be out anytime soon I believe, but I could be wrong, we don't even get the full info :P
