The commanders of ships in the Royal Navy, these brave officers show the might of the British presence - making even the most notorious pirates tremble in their boots.

Appearing at levels 18-40 (Health 1,550 - 3,750) , they are very skilled with the cutlass and can even do Thrust attacks and use Blade Storm.

• Padres Del Fuego at Fort Dundee, Beckett's Quarry, Las Pulgas and Catacombs
• Port Royal in the Royal Caverns,
• Tortuga in the Thieves' Den,
• Kingshead
• High Seas

Note: A contingent of high-ranking officers also guards the Black Pearl, as part of the Chapter 1 - The Black Pearl Boss Battle.
