Rose Seafellow is a stationary shipwright in Port Royal who does not work out of a store front, but rather meets the pirate right at the docks. Her being there is very convenient since Darby Drydock, the other shipwright, is on the complete other end of town.
Note: Rose is one of the two shipwrights in all the Caribbean that are female. The other is Veronique Roux on Ile D'Etable De Porc.
