Scorpion

These overgrown arachnids can be found on many wild islands as well as secluded areas of the main islands.

Frightful and aggressive, they have bad tempers and will charge at pirates venturing too close; even rearing up on their back legs to attack with claws and hideous stinger.

They are classified in three types.

[edit] Giant Scorpion

These beasties are often found in groups near their nest holes. One shouldn't give a pirate too much trouble, but they can be more than a nuisance.

Appear at levels 1-5 (Health = 75-250)

They can be found:

Driftwood Isle
Devil's Anvil
Las Padres on Padres Del Fuego
Padres Del Fuego near Fort Dundee
On Tortuga, in the Rat's Nest and Wildwoods

[edit] Dire Scorpion

These larger beasties are often found stalking various parts of the islands. They can give a pirate a little more to worry about that a Giant - not much more.

Appear at Levels 5-10 (Health 250 - 750)

They can be found at:

Port Royal in the Wicked Thicket, Murky Hollow and Royal Caverns
Tortuga, in the Thieves' Den

[edit] Dread Scorpion

These monstrous creatures can even make an experienced pirate quake in his boots.

Appear at Levels 14-24. (Health 1,150 - 2,150)
