Snapdragon is an outfit offered for purchase by Peddlers on Padres Del Fuego, Cuba, Port Royal, and Tortuga. Peddlers offer clothing that will only be available for a limited time (2 months, to as short as a few days). This set has a Chinese theme, tying in with the Fourth of July lore that fireworks have come from the far east. Due to this factor, the outfit is normally sold in July.
