The Watcher is a level 45 ghost boss that spawns with 85,000 HP. She resides in her own hovel in Hollowed Woods waiting to attack any pirates who dare to cross her path. It is believed that she may be the source of the frights and fears occurring in Hollowed Woods.
As of November 27th, 2018, The Watcher can now drop three Legendary Weapons: Soul's Shadow (Broadsword), Dark Whisper (Dagger), and The Soulweaver (Voodoo Doll)
Game Notes
- The Watcher is quite different from all Raven's Cove ghosts, for she only appears with nothing but devilish red eyes. If a pirate uses Cursed Ice or any other freezing skill on the Watcher, a female body will appear.
- Although unconfirmed, a mysterious sensation of whispers that trigger upon approaching or entering the Watcher's hovel could possibly come from the ghoul herself.
- The Watcher is the first boss in Pirates Online to drop more than one Legendary Weapon exclusive to this boss alone.
