Vice-Admiral is a high rank among naval officers. They command task forces, entire fleets of vessels or are second in command of a fleet when an Admiral is present.
In Pirates Online, this rank is bestowed upon a Privateer achieving the second highest rank of Infamy in SvS. To receive the rank of Vice-Admiral, a pirate must already have earned the level of Commodore, plus 2,000 points in SvS combat.
