These gigantic insects can be found on numerous islands, and no pesticide is going to help you. There are several types of these critters, each more lethal than the last.

[edit] Dire Wasp

Classification - Enemy Creature. Appears at Level 6-10. (Health 350-750)

These dangerous insects can be found on a number of wild islands:

• Driftwood Isle
• Rumrunner's Isle
• Isla Perdida and in the Queen's Nest
• On Port Royal in the King's Run and Wicked Thicket
• On Tortuga in the Rat's Nest.

They attack with their stingers and wing assaults and are only a threat to beginning players.

[edit] Killer Wasps

Classification - Enemy Creature. Levels 9-14 (Health 650-1,150)

This pest attacks with nasty stings, but not as frightful as the other varieties. Some might suggest using the voodoo doll and run and keep your distance, because this wasp is not very fast and in fact they often choose to run at their enemy instead of fly.

Locations:

• Port Royal in the Wicked Thicket
• Isla Perdida

[edit] Terror Wasps

Classification - Enemy Creature. Appears at Level 14-20 (Health 1,150-1,750).

These are larger, meaner cousins of the Dire Wasp

• Isla Perdida
• Queen's Nest.

They attack with their massive stingers and wing assaults and are fairly threatening to beginning players.

Classification - Enemy Creature. Levels 18-25

These buggers are the defenders of the Queen's Nest and are extremely dangerous.

Locations:

• Queen's Nest on Isla Perdida

• Firesting - Dire Wasp Boss seen on Driftwood Isle.
• Devilwing - Dire Wasp Boss seen on Driftwood Isle.
• Hive Queen - Soldier Wasp Boss in the Queen's Nest.
