Weatherby Swann

Weatherby is the father of Elizabeth Swann and Governor of Port Royal.

He is a middle-aged, balding man with a big heart and aristocratic nature. Though clever and intelligent, he was often too trusting of those around him and expected common courtesy and law to win out.

How he met is final fate is unknown, but apparently Weatherby was put to death by a member of Lord Cutler Beckett's Black Guard after Beckett felt he had no further use of him.

Note: Weatherby does NOT appear in the Pirates Online game, except in portraits which appear in various places around the islands.
